Common questions

Why isn’t the Screen Time interruption appearing?

Open Offramp’s Screen Time setup and confirm Apple Screen Time access is approved, at least one app, category, or website is selected, and the nightly window is enabled. Confirm the current time is inside that window and that you did not choose End for tonight. The feature requires a signed iPhone build with Apple’s Family Controls entitlement; beta availability can depend on the build you received.

Why didn’t tapping the interruption open Offramp?

On iOS 26.5 or later, the primary interruption action can ask the system to open Offramp. On iOS 16.4 through 26.4, Apple does not provide that handoff; close the interrupted app and open Offramp yourself.

Does this TestFlight build include spoken guidance?

No. This internal TestFlight build is Quiet-only. It does not include generated spoken-guidance files or a Gentle guidance control. User-recorded Tomorrow Box voice notes remain available and play only when you choose to play them.

Where did my Tomorrow Box voice note go?

Voice notes are temporary files in the app’s cache. iOS can clear them before Offramp’s 36-hour expiry. Notes are also removed from the list when Offramp next reads the Tomorrow Box after 36 hours, or when a referenced voice file is already missing.

Why didn’t I receive a morning reminder?

Check that notifications are enabled for Offramp in iOS Settings. The reminder is a local, quiet notification scheduled for the next local 8:30 a.m. after a save; it has no sound and never includes note content. Your note can still be available when you open Offramp even if a reminder was not delivered.

How do I delete local data?

Delete an individual Tomorrow Box item from Home or use Delete all. Open Study diagnostics to erase its local attempt log; switching collection off alone keeps existing attempts. Disable Screen Time interception from its setup screen, and revoke permissions in iOS Settings if desired. See the retention and deletion details for uninstall and backup limits.

Can support see or remotely delete my app data?

No. The current app has no account or app backend, so support cannot look up your Tomorrow Box, Screen Time choices, or local diagnostics. Use the controls on your iPhone to review or erase that data. Support can only access information you put in an email to the support address.
