Private iPhone beta

Use your phone to leave your phone.

Offramp is a calm, finite interruption for the moment nighttime scrolling has outlived its value. Take one focused step, choose another if it helps, then put the phone down when you’re ready.

OfframpTonight

What’s happening?

One calm step. Then phone down.

A finite way out

An off-ramp, not another feed.

No scores, streaks, or endless content. Offramp keeps each step bounded and leaves the decision with you.

Notice the loop

Start a Rescue yourself, or set a nightly Apple Screen Time window for the apps, categories, and websites you choose.

Take one small route

Racing thoughts, a tense body, continued scrolling, or simply not feeling sleepy: choose the closest fit and follow one short, focused action.

Leave on purpose

Choose another step if you want one. When you’re ready, turn the phone face-down or use the manual control to begin a three-minute dark phase.

Quiet with your data, too

No account. No feed. No cloud diary.

The current app has no account system, app backend, advertising, or analytics SDK. Tomorrow Box notes stay on your iPhone. Optional beta diagnostics stay local unless you deliberately share them.

Offramp is a behavioral interruption tool, not a sleep or insomnia treatment, and it does not guarantee sleep.
